Technical Marketing Lead
As the Technical Marketing Lead at Giga Energy, you will be at the forefront of our marketing and external communications strategy. Your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling company collateral and dynamic product marketing materials that resonate with our audience. You'll ensure our sales team is equipped with top-notch documentation and manage our vibrant social media presence, engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a robust grasp of marketing and communications principles, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts. Responsibilities
Craft marketing collateral: Distill large amounts of raw technical info into customer-facing content (social media posts, manuals, flyers, photos, videos, etc). Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials and collateral
Channel & social media management: Produce high-quality written and visual content for various channel audiences (including, but not limited to): social media, the company’s website, and other external-facing mediums or channels
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify any key trends, opportunities, and customer preferences
Budget: Create analyses to inform how (and where) the company’s marketing budget is spent
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to coordinate any discrete marketing efforts to achieve common objectives and ensure cohesive and consistent messaging
Vendor management: In certain instances, your may interface directly with external parties or audiences representing the company, its management team and product offering
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2-10 years of experience in marketing or a related role
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends
Ability to work independently
Exceptionally strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management, directors and individuals at all levels, including external parties
Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable: able to shift between priorities and projects frequently, navigating ambiguity with focus and

Familiar with multiple messaging platforms and ability to monitor many relevant channels at once
